Cologne house is a large villa (350m2), boosting four large bedrooms (lockable), each with their own ensuite.

Entertain in the open plan new kitchen and enjoy formal dining on a large 8 person dining room table. Relax in a the cosy lounge with wood burner and / or sit in the sunroom with a book, the sun streams into this area in the afternoon.

If that wasn't enough, there is a large outdoor deck with a outdoor wood fire and a separate BBQ for those long summer nights.

The house is insulated top and bottom. A panel heater is in each bedroom, with a woodburner in the main lounge and the small lounge at the front of the house.

We also have a table tennis in the rumpus room to add to the enjoyment of the property! Nothing like a touch of some healthy competition.
